
Framer builds apps. Nobody has told it yet.
Framer is sold as a website builder. Most of what I build in it isn’t a website: an infinite drag canvas with measured friction, a video editor’s preset lab, a receipt that draws itself line by line, a darkroom that develops photographs as you scroll.
Each one is a small application living inside a Framer page — state, physics, rendering — shipped with the same canvas, CMS and publishing everyone already uses for landing pages.
That’s the direction I’m pushing: components with real engines, pages that behave like software, and motion measured instead of guessed.
